1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or browsing any application or web service operated by DEENCLIPS (including the Deenclips video app and Al Zikr utility), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our products.
2. Halal Focus & Islamic Community Guidelines
DEENCLIPS is dedicated to disseminating authentic Quranic reflections, Sahih Hadiths, and wholesome Islamic reminders. All users agree to observe Islamic adab (etiquette):
- Strict Anti-Harassment: Any comment or submission containing profanity, sectarian vilification, harassment, hate speech, or defamatory attacks is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account revocation.
- Authenticity & Integrity: Fabricated quotes, unverified religious claims, or commercial spam are barred.
- Spiritual Adab: Discussions must remain courteous, uplifting, and conducive to learning and mutual encouragement.
3. Content Reporting & UGC Moderation
In full compliance with Google Play User-Generated Content (UGC) requirements, our apps provide immediate reporting tools (flag icon on all comments). Reported materials are examined promptly by moderators, and bad actors are permanently suspended.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Attribution
The DEENCLIPS trademark, brand assets, user interface, and proprietary software are the legal property of DEENCLIPS. Islamic educational recitations retain full attribution to original reciters and scholars.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and authenticity, DEENCLIPS shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions or network variations.
